The Grain Blend
Every bottle begins with a four-grain heritage blend—65% corn, 18% rye, 12% malted barley, and 5% wheat. This balanced composition gives Johnny Fever its signature depth: the sweetness of corn, the spice of rye, the roundness of wheat, and the subtle malted undertones that tie it all together.

Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 750 mL bottle, Johnny Fever Single Barrel delivers a fuller, richer bourbon experience with bold character and exceptional balance. The Craft
Each barrel is distilled twice in our custom copper stills to achieve clarity and character, then aged in new, charred American oak barrels beneath the warmth of the Lowcountry climate. Over time, the whiskey develops rich amber tones and layered notes of caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, and spice. Because no two barrels age exactly alike, every single barrel selection offers a one-of-a-kind expression of Johnny Fever’s craftsmanship and complexity.
