Blood Orange Tequila Sour
Burnt Church Agave Spirit Reposado anchors this vibrant sour with gentle warmth, layered with blood orange sweetness, bright grapefruit, and fresh lime. Finished with a rich egg white foam, it’s a bold yet elegant twist on the classic tequila sour.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Burnt Church Agave Reposado
- .75 oz. egg white
- .75 oz. blood orange simple syrup
- .75 oz. grapefruit juice
- .25 oz. lime juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon.
